Some people say kawaki will be the next Sasuke and Boruto the next Naruto but some say the opposite, by now Kawaki truly cares for naruto like his own father so I am pretty confused too its almost impossible to believe kawaki would do that ;-;

to be fair it could've easily been a bait and switch, an alternate timeline or kawaki pretending to be a bad guy to trick/deceive and infiltrate the actual bad guys. let's remember how naruto kept baiting us with "naruto brings back sasuke" for over a decade just for sasukes return to have absolutely nothing to do with naruto whatsoever... this whole kawaki thing might be something similiar, which would turn kawaki into sasukes spiritual successor in ways that him simply betraying everyone couldnt

Since he seems to be to Boruto as Sasuke is to Naruto, I'll call him Kawaki, also I'm guessing that is his actual name and not given by Kara.
It looks like other inners are just as surprised by Boruto's Karma. Konohamaru is right that this is S-Rank mission level, but at same time, I think they need to act. If Kara secures Kawaki, would be huge problem. Where the hell is Sasuke and everyone else?! Konoha WEAK

Kawaki has EVERY reason to be lacking in the trust department. He has a growing up worse than Naruto and Sasuke with being sold by his dad into complete lonelyness and being a vessel for unknown purposes. Boruto I think can talk-no-Jutsu him. I wonder if Boruto will unlock any of his other abilities like body manipulation and flight.
